Specific conditions for privatization – Omakase

Please read the conditions below carefully before confirming your private booking.
These rules are essential for the proper conduct of the Omakase experiment.

1. Conditions for privatization

• The Omakase experience is offered for groups of 8 to 30 people.
• The privatization application must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
• Once your request is accepted, we will send you a confirmation of privatization accompanied by the link/deposit request.
• A down payment of 30% must be settled within 24 hours of sending this confirmation.
• If payment is not received within this timeframe, Privatization cannot be guaranteed.

2. Cancellation and modification

• All modification or cancellation Privatization is possible up to 72 hours before the scheduled date.

• After this period, The deposit paid cannot be refunded., whatever the reason for the cancellation.

3. Delay

• A delay of 30 minutes maximum is accepted.

• Beyond 30 minutes, we can no longer guarantee access to the Omakase experience and The deposit will not be refunded..

4. Allergies and dietary restrictions

• He is OBLIGATORY to inform us at the time of privatization (or at least 72 hours before) any allergy, intolerance or dietary restriction.

• Since Omakase is a set menu, we cannot guarantee last-minute changes.

• If an allergy or restriction not reported in advance prevents the menu from being prepared, No refund of the deposit will be issued..

By confirming your privatization, you accept all of these conditions specific to the Omakase experience.
